Shradha Gera, Ed.S., NCSP

She also led the Financial Advisory Committee in establishing written procedures for ASPP’s fiscal operations and procedures. As President, Shradha ensured fiscal transparency by reviewing the organization’s reserves and expenditures during each board meeting, posting the annual budget on the ASPP website for public view, and ensuring all funding requests followed a process of board review and approval. As a member of the ASPP Financial Advisory Committee, she continues to provide oversight of the financial health of ASPP. Shradha believes in financial transparency and in ensuring that ASPP expenses continue to reflect the values and interests of Pennsylvania school psychologists, including building community, growing our professional development and enhancing advocacy efforts.
